• A drop-in replacement fro existing SFPs, with the Micro-OTDR™ added to monitor the high speed, high revenue, DWDM trunks, which require the OSC function.
• For Wireless Back-Haul, Front-Haul and Core Network Applications, substituting the Micro-OTDR™ SFPs for the existing legacy units, adds an additional physical layer monitoring capability previously unavailable to these numerous, critical optical network links.
